Rules

Short and to the point: how subscriptions, refunds, the Market and disputes work.

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Terms of use

  1. By signing up on RezTOP, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of your legal guardian, and you accept these rules.
  2. Your account is personal. Transferring, selling or sharing your account or subscription is prohibited — a subscription is bound to a single device (HWID).
  3. Your username is set at sign-up and cannot be changed. You can change your email and password in your account settings; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
  4. The software is provided "as is". Using third-party software may violate game rules and lead to restrictions imposed by game developers — the user bears full responsibility for this.
  5. Attempts to hack the website or the software, reverse engineering, reselling access, spam and insults in tickets are prohibited. Violations may result in an account ban without a refund.

Refund policy

  1. A subscription is activated instantly after payment. A subscription refund is possible if the software does not launch on a system that meets the requirements and support could not resolve the issue within 72 hours of your request.
  2. If a product stays in the "Updating" or "Unavailable" status for more than 24 hours, active subscriptions are automatically extended by the downtime.
  3. A balance top-up can be refunded if the funds have not been spent — create a ticket in the "Payment" category. The refund is made via the same method, minus the payment provider's fee.
  4. Market purchases are refunded only by a moderator's decision as part of a dispute (see below).

Market rules

  1. The Market hosts configs and Lua scripts made by users. Every item and every update goes through moderation — usually within 24 hours. Until approval, the current version stays on the Market.
  2. It is prohibited to publish other people's work without the author's permission, malicious code, code that collects user data, or items that do not match their description.
  3. The Market fee is withheld from every sale; the author's earnings are available for withdrawal in the "Withdrawal" section. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 ₽.
  4. What you buy is yours forever: an item removed from your cloud can be restored for free from the item page. Updates from the author arrive automatically.

Disputes

  1. You can open a dispute for a purchased Lua script if it doesn't work or doesn't match its description. A dispute is created from the item page and becomes a ticket in the "Dispute" category.
  2. Describe the problem in detail: what you did, what you expected and what actually happened. A moderator may ask for screenshots and contact the author.
  3. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, the funds are returned to your balance, and the item may be removed from the Market.
